The Lean Inventory Service is provided by Emercomm Business Consultants Inc. (EBC) to clients in order to properly analyze their current inventory position and quantify the gaps between the current investment in inventory, the prime investment value and the lean supply management investment value. The Lean Inventory Service is performed by our very experienced analysts.
What does this do that my ERP system doesn’t do? Enterprise solutions seldom have the ability to retrieve data and apply several levels of analysis based on the best known inventory management methodologies. Our Lean Inventory Service first filters for data abnormalities which are reviewed by our experienced Inventory Analysts. The system then applies multiple algorithms to determine a number of recommendations which are then reviewed by the Inventory Analyst. A report is generated with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information and a new CSV output is created with the recommendations.
The Value of Lean Inventory Service
