Bully In The Workplace

When people don’t feel safe, physically or emotionally, they have a very difficult time in engaging in a continuous improvement / Lean initiative…unless that first one is to remedy the Bully in The Workplace.  Recognizing a bully is often easy, but sometimes very hard as they can be very discrete in their actions. Of course, allowing acts of harassment / bullying can also have serious if not disastrous consequences.
